-8th grade students will report to school at the regularly scheduled morning entry. Students will be dismissed at their regularly scheduled dismissal.

-Each class will be escorted to the auditorium during a predetermined schedule for the day.

-8th grade students should come in full uniform (like a normal school day), as the picture is purely a cap and gown shot.

-Hair and/or makeup can be done if possible.

-To prevent the spread of covid, the photo will be contactless. Meaning, students will not be required to put on a physical cap and gown that they share with other students throughout the day. Students will take photos on green screens, where the cap and gown and background will be added digitally in the photo studio. This was the process we used last year, and the pictures came out great.

-Please make every effort for your child to attend as we currently do not have any make-up days scheduled.
